Tielemans is an excellent player. I doubt he would make a sideways step on his next move which, frankly, is what it would be if he came to us.

I think even there would be some clubs bigger and currently more competitive than Man U and Arsenal that will be in for him.

Tielemans for £35m is a no brainer.

In fact, I'd sell Rice and buy him and Ward-Prowse and I reckon we'd be better off and have cash left over.
